以往方案一般采用触摸屏+PLC+4个温控仪表构成制袋、包装系统，多头秤采用触摸屏+PLC+多个称重仪表组成。我们采用Tadele公司PC系列可编程控制器突破以往方案，实现了立式包装系统的控制。系统方案如图：

经过调试，该方案运行平稳，系统响应快速，获得了客户的充分肯定。比传统方案有很大优势：
1）从称量到包装一体化解决方案，方案成本、调试难度都有所降低，系统响应速度加快，使用一个触摸屏即可设置整个系统参数，终用户使用方便；
2）PC2MU内置了DVIT功能，即检测到色标信号后，用户可以设置若干脉冲量，对横封切在色标的位置进行微调；
3）用户可以将包装产品的信息，如包装量、包装长度、封口温度，直接保存在PLC里，之后只需选择不同产品既可，而不用分别设定温控仪表、称重仪表、包装机PLC、多头秤PLC；
4）PC2MU内置CAN总线，支持多台PLC进行远距离高速的数据通讯，终用户可以将购买的多台设备联网，使用一个触摸屏进行统一监控，减少操作人员。

在该客户的另外一种机型中，被包装物品更换为粉末，称量装置由多头秤更换为螺杆送料机，这种机型原方案是用户再增加一个PLC输出一路高速脉冲来控制螺杆。PC2MU系列PLC内置三路脉冲输出，单个PLC即可解决问题，充分展示了PC系列PLC强大的方案能力。
