通讯速度、网络的抗干扰能力及网络通讯的可靠性也必须改善，所以这次
改造将原有的ProfiBus 电网络改为光网，以提高网络的通讯速度和可靠

三、改造设计方案说明如下：

四、软件设计及编制
1.原S5 程序改编
RB生产线控制系统原来控制程序使用的是S5 中的STEP5，现改为S7 可编
程控制器，故控制应用程序必须改编成STEP7 结构，以便传到S7-300 的
CPU 中，从而完成对全系统的逻辑控制及连锁。
2．网络开通
S7-300 通过CP343-1将系统加入到PROFIBUS，因此软件工作中必须
