实现效果
信捷针对一次性手套机给出了完整的解决方案，在手套机设备上广泛应用。该方案根据设备工艺要求：
? 开发S型加减速曲线，保证拉料伺服在频繁启停过程中的平稳性与柔性；
? 提升机器加工速度，快可达到180个/min。

设备构成
? 切刀和热封的上下往复运动由变频器驱动主电机带动偏心轮机构实现。启动后，主电机一直旋转，偏心轮转一周，切刀和热封往返一次。
? 主电机上安装2个霍尔开关：送料信号和高位信号。当有送料信号，伺服电机带动送料辊快速拉料，拉料曲线采用S型曲线；当批量到达和正常停机时，主机将减速到高位信号处停机。送膜电机速度采用主机速度跟随的方式外加光电信号补偿，保证送膜稳定。
? PLC作为核心程序的载体，负责脉冲信号的发送及各种控制信号的转化与传递，终控制各执行机构的运转与协调。触摸屏用于参数设置及整台机器运行状况监控，通过工程界面可以调整主机速度、袋长、批数、清零、复位、点动等操作。大河口水电站位于重庆市酉阳县苍岭镇境内的阿蓬江大滩河段，为阿蓬江干流规划的第八级电站，其上一梯级为箱子岩电站，下一级为梯子洞电站。电站接箱子岩水电站尾水，装机规模为3×27.5MW，主要任务是发电。
电站系阿蓬江九级开发中规模大的第八级电站（第七级箱子岩电站，第六级七里塘电站（拟建），第五级渔滩电站，第四级舟白电站），流域面积4619平方公里，多年平均流量133立方米/秒，年径流量42亿立方米。枢纽布置为砼空腹重力坝，坝内式厂房，装机3×27.5兆瓦。拦河大坝为闸坝式，坝高85米，库容1.15亿立方米，坝顶5孔11x15米的泄洪闸，能安全渲泄500年一遇的特大洪水。电站正常蓄水位385.0米，死水位369.0米，设计水头55米，保证出力13.6兆瓦，年发电量3.75亿千瓦时。
电气主接线：3台水轮发电机（单机容量为27.5MW）与3台容量为31110kVA的主变压器组成单元接线，发电机额定电压为10.5kV；电站出线电压等级为110kV，共4回出线，分别至巨木岭变电站、龙潭变电站、梯子洞水电站、箱子岩水电站；110kV侧采用单母线分段接线。It can not only complete general logic operations, but also complete more complex trigonometric functions, exponents and PID operations.
