一、行业与设备简介
旋盖机主要适用于不同材质的规格及不同规格的盖、旋（轧）盖。适用螺旋盖、防盗盖防童盖、压入盖等。压力可方便调整，根据瓶盖大小设置取盖位。结构紧凑、合理，能方便与其它设备联动成线。机器优点: 直线式设计，组成流水线方便美观。旋盖机控制要点
1.瓶在输送带上输出过来，夹带伺服与水平伺服的同步；
2.设备流水线工作，保证旋盖的同步运动必须到位；
3.设备是双工位，单双数的控制与触发；
4.传输皮带的速度、旋盖的力矩的控制；
5.旋盖时升降轴速度与旋盖转数的匹配；
6.方便操作人员操作，需要配备HMI设定位置、报警、复位等操作。
关于同步情况分析：

水平轴伺服当前位置在光眼后面，同步开启加速往前追,从轴偏置率为负值。

水平轴伺服当前位置超过了光眼位置，同步开始会往回走一段距离，再同步往前走，从轴偏置率为正值。

从轴偏置率为0，水平轴会在等待点等夹带伺服开始同步运动
