系统由送膜、送料、切刀三轴组成，其中送膜将卷膜通过成型器成型，并通过纵封将膜封合成“桶状”，送料通过皮带或者拨尺尾架将口罩拨进膜中，切刀进行辊切运动，与膜保持同步进行封合与切断，三轴保证一定的相位关系进行电子凸轮运动。
