数字电子秤用数字直接显示被称物体的重量，具有精度高、性能稳定、测量准确及使用方便等优点。
在工业现场应用中，由于观察距离等原因，对于数字电子称的功能需求，就不再仅仅是将称量值在显示屏上表现出来了，支持远程数据通讯功能显得尤为重要。
本文介绍了如何实现SIEMENS 315-2DP对METTLER TOLEDO电子称的实际称重值进行远程数据采集。该应用案例中，电子称支持RS232远程数据通讯，通过泗博协议转换模块PM-160，实现与西门子PLC的PROFIBUS通讯。

一、系统说明
食品生产过程中，各种原材料的添加量会直接影响到食品的口感，所以严格控制原料的添加比例就显得非常重要了。该应用中，现场原料的添加量是通过METTLER TOLEDO的电子称来计量的，电子秤的实时测量值通过泗博网关PM-160传送到中控室SIEMENS PLC进行实时监控。
系统通讯简易框图如图一：

上图中，PM-160在PROFIBUS侧作为通讯的响应方，被动接收PLC的读请求及写请求；而在RS232串口侧，PM-160则作为通讯的发起者，主动发送请求并且接收电子称返回的响应。
二、METTLER TOLEDO电子称重天平通讯说明
天平支持RS232通讯，通讯波特率可选，通讯模式为ASCII，通讯指令如图二所示：

本现场实现了中控室采集现场电子天平的当前单位下稳定的重量值，在控制室可以通过按键来控制数据采集的频率（即按一次按键，数据采集一次）；这样客户无需复杂的程序处理，即可根据需求实时监控到现场电子天平的新计量值；操作方便、快捷、性能稳定。First, press the equipment start button, the air compressor and glue melting system will work, and the working temperature and pressure will be detected through the air pressure relay and temperature controller.
