4.软件开发
自动套袋装袋机分两种工作模式。手动模式：在
HMI
里面设计每个机构手动按钮，每一个动作都可以单独运行，方便机构调试。自动模式：通过按下启动按钮，自动完成培养料自动套袋。通过停止按钮，完成一个周期后自动停止。
PLC程序由主程序、画面密码、自动、参数和手动共5部分组成，部分程序如图所示。
1.主程序主要用结构化编程，结构化编程很清晰对程序进行修改，对设备动作进一步
优化，同时降低CPU扫描周期；
2.画面密码主要是控制HMI画面切换和用户登录数据处理；
3.自动就是在自动模式下根据设定的工艺流程自动运行；
4.参数主要是设定机构动作运行数据；

HMI组态中总共7页画面:开机画面1页，手动画面1页，自动画面1页，参数画面1页，参数更改登录画面1页，部件标识画面2页，使用了162个变量。
HIM整个画面有开机画面中菜单栏来选择操作画面，且每个子画面都有相对菜单栏来选择相对操作画面。
5.应用体会
