二、项目介绍
本项目是为某军用工厂雷达生产车间所做的控制系统，该系统分为水系统、空调系统和酸碱排气系统3个子系统。由于该项目生产车间的重要性，在设计中无尘室规划为万级要求千级施工设计方案。无尘室的控制精度要求为温度?0.5度，湿度为?5%。压力保持房间为 12Pa。项目的控制点数如下：

三、项目配置
本控制系统分为2个控制区域，水系统和排气为一个控制区域，无尘室的MAU和DC及FFU控制系统为一个控制区域。由于一些一线品牌单温度带变送器传感器比较贵，考虑经济性，我们采用单温度为电阻型传感器，其他的传感器为电压型。
水系统和排气系统的控制方案中温度为4个，其他的传感器为10个。AO输出为11个，则有11个PID控制回路，在配置中200系列的PLC大扩展功能为7个模块。考虑佳经济性的方案配置如下：
