PLC的选型
目前的PLC大致分为两个流派。一个是日本派系，其代表有三菱，欧姆龙等品牌。
另一个是欧美派系，它的代表主要是西门子，AB等。我国的PLC主要是日本派系的，有一些比如信捷，永宏，丰炜，台达等品牌（永宏，丰炜，台达为中国台湾品牌）。
PLC选型主要根据功能和性价比来决定，因为功能越强，价格就越高。本工程要
求PLC具有RS485通信，可扩展模块，完成AD转换，温度控制，模拟量输出等功能，而且要求PLC具备相应指令系统和该公司必须有配套的相关模块。
根据经济实用的原则，本工程选用了永宏电机的FBS-32MAT型PLC，FBS-TC6温控模块，FBS-4DA模拟量输出模块，FBS-6AD模拟量输入模块和FBS-CB5通信模板。
（2）．触摸屏的选型
目前市面上的触摸屏种类很多，常用的品牌主要有FATEK,eView，GE， Proface ，HAKKO ，WEINVIEW， HITECH 等。
和PLC一样，触摸屏的选型也是依靠功能和性价比来决定的，功能越强，价格就越高。本工程所要求的功能几乎所有的品牌都可以做到，因此根据经济实用原则，本工程选用了价格相对较低的FATEK公司的FV070ST-T50触摸屏。
（3）．变频器的选型
变频器选型时要注意的几点：
1) 采用变频的目的；恒压控制或恒流控制等。
2) 变频器的负载类型；如叶片泵或容积泵等，特别注意负载的性能曲线，性能曲线决定了应用时的方式方法。
3) 变频器与负载的匹配问题；
I.电压匹配；变频器的额定电压与负载的额定电压相符。
II. 电流匹配；普通的离心泵，变频器的额定电流与电机的额定电流相符。对于特殊的负载如深水泵等则需要参考电机性能参数，以大电流确定变频器电流和过载能力。mapping is as follows: take the configuration in Figure 14 as an example.

2) PLC reads and writes non-standard serial port equipment data

The first two bytes of the input mapping area of PLC respectively represent the received serial port data length and transaction sequence number, and the others are the received data. The change of transaction serial number indicates that a new frame of serial port data has been received. Among them, you can set whether to turn on the serial port data length function through the configuration software. The first two bytes of the output mapping area of PLC respectively represent the length of serial port data and transaction serial number to be sent, and the others are serial port data to be sent. When the transaction serial number changes, PLC sends serial port data of corresponding length.
