人机界面控制：人机界面与PLC之间通过以太网通讯实现连接，完成纺纱过程工艺参数显示设定，如锭子的九段速设定，定长设定，班组选择等。同时可以对细纱机故障进行自诊断，显示动作流程等人性化的操作与显示。（见图4）
变频控制：由PLC的模拟量输出端口对变频器进行九段速控制，依据用户要求对锭子速度自动调整。
三自动控制：由三自动行程开关、停主电机、下钢领板、主轴制动传感器构成。使细纱机在落纱信号到达后自动适应停车，以及控制包脚纱。5软件开发

在S7-200 SMART应用过程中，感觉它保留了Micro/WIN编程软件中的数据块编辑，状态分页监控，指令向导等功能十分方便；软件方面较为完善，建议在硬件方面能够更多的从小系统应用出发增强硬件的灵活性，例如：对于线驱动型编码器的独立接口，混合输出照顾到部分高速输出应用，高速通讯口（CAN_OPEN），为了用户下传程序的便捷支持USB下载等。装料机是指工业上用来实现自动送料并均匀装料的自动化机械。如图1所示为装料机的整体构架，右下角为加料工序，旁边的为控制箱；左上角为压料和放料工序，下方为输送工序，（装料流水线）。

如图2所示为该装料机的控制箱局部特写，这套装料机使用了维控4.3寸的HMI和维控20点的PLC。

二、特点
1、装料机有手动档和自动档切换，正常工艺流程时为自动；用户需要自行调试时压料、送料以及输送都可以手动运行。
2、HMI和PLC配套使用， HMI给客户直观的触控体验，PLC实现工艺的稳定运行。
3、工程上HMI负责相关参数的设定、生产线手动和自动切换以及相关按钮的控制，PLC负责与HMI的通信、外部输入信号采集以及控制变频器、压料机等输出。
三、组成部分
