使用范围：需要远距离监控和调试机器的设备水处理系统是锅炉正常运转的必要条件，其水质的好坏对锅炉的安全运行起着决定性的作用。在化学水和凝结水处理过程中由于其工艺比较复杂，系统安全运行要求较高，基于和利时LK系列的LK210冗余控制系统因其可靠性高、处理速度快、逻辑修改方便等特点在得到了广泛的应用。
在这里主要介绍下LK210冗余控制系统在化学水这方面的应用。该系统主要是用来控制化学水系统的正常运行，控制对象主要包括澄清池、活性炭过滤器、超滤、反渗透、阴床、阳床、混床等。包括完成对上述对象开关量的数据采集、处理、计算及开关量的实时输出，和模拟量的处理，并将相关数据传送到中央控制室操作站等。
2 系统设计
水处理LK210冗余控制系统一般由以
PLC
为核心的控制机柜、执行机构、声光报警和一次、二次外围元件组成。
控制柜
里配置有LK210冗余PLC、输出控制继电器、输入隔离继电器、模拟信号隔离栅等。每一路输入、输出通道都有与之相对应的指示灯，可以检查某一通道的动作情况，且系统具有模拟、在线试验功能。
由于系统可靠性要求特别高，故采用双CPU冗余的方式，在一个CPU出现故障的时候能够准确无扰的切换到备用CPU,确保系统的正常运行。主背板与扩展背板之间采用双DP线网络，PLC与工控机之间采用以太网连接，从硬件和软件上实现了双机热备用
