提高压缩空气系统信息化程度，直观反映空压机运行状态。该企业于2002年底成立，引进国际先进的瑞士立达公司、德国纽马格公司纺丝生产系统，以及德国“苏拉”公司、“苏升”公司、德国SUPERBA公司的加捻及热定型设备，长期提供的丙纶BCF单色、三色膨体纱、网络纱、加捻纱及加捻定型纱、尼龙地毯纱。本次改造对象为该企业全厂的压缩空气系统。

问题分析
1．压缩空气制造环节：
共配置9台螺杆式空压机，分布在4个机房。空压站为粗放式管理，没有专职人员管理空压机，空压机出现故障时不容易发现；现场高需求压力8.9bar，空压机的供气压力过高，存在一定的浪费；供气管道上的精密过滤器有电动排水阀，但大部分失灵。
2．压缩空气输送环节：
管网输送环节存在瓶颈，压力损失大；没有对管网进行分压供气。
3．压缩空气使用环节：
末端需求与前端供给严重不匹配，用气效率偏低。
改造内容
爱社科技成功为该厂实施了节能改造，节能改造包括以下内容：
