用于现场调试或其他485接口设备的连接；另外一个为RS232接口，用于GPRS模块接口用。通讯波特率为：9600bps；设备掉电后，仍能对天然气表数据进行计数，以保证数据不丢失。
GPRS通讯网络：采用由本公司开发生产的R-8554/8554A GPRS模块，实现底层采集设备至数据采集服务器之间的透明传输。可采用TCP／IP方式，也可以采用UDP方式。针对大数量应用推荐使用UDP方式。
2、系统主要功能：
(1)、天然气源、用户数据电子地图实时监测显示（流量、压力、温度、工作状态、等信息）
(2)、天然气源用户信息管理（WR-MIS系统）
(3)、具有实时、分时、定时；单表、群表的基本数据、动静压力、阀门开度等多种数据召测／控制模式
(4)、售气业务管理
包含正常售气管理以及折算调度售气管理
(5)、手工召测功能
任何时候可以在工作站上主动提取监测点的数据。
(6)、数据报表功能
自动生成日报、月报、年报，也可随时进行统计报表、打印。可以设置自动打印功能。
(7)、自动分析计算功能
根据监测的实时数据，分析累计用气量、用户消耗量（如小时用量、日用量），对于异常情况产生告警；可按日、月、年绘出，可统计气源的供气趋势图。实时绘制监测点瞬时流量曲线图、压力曲线图等。
(8)、数据存储备份功能
系统数据库可以本地存储，其存储时间根据需求和计算机配置决定。系统提供数据备份能力，可以方便的对数据库数据进行管理。
