此系统的设计和控制要求完全按照甲方的要求来完成的，并且系统在投入使用后，完全达到甲方的要求。甲方称：“新系统投入使用后大大的提高了生产的效率，降低了生产成本，提高了生产的安全性。”改革开放以来我国城市集中供热事业迅速发展，促进了城市经济与社会发展，改善了北方地区人民的生活条件。但是部分城市集中供热管网也存在技术落后、浪费热能、安全事故时有发生等等问题，因此城市集中供热自动化监控成为城市集中供热的发展趋势。以北京某区供热厂供热系统为例，该供热厂有5台10吨燃煤锅炉供热和1台5吨燃气锅炉，二次系统有9个换热站。
系统控制要求
一次系统监控要求：（1） 5台燃煤锅炉供热和1台燃气锅炉的运行设置手动运行和自动运行。（2）锅炉的各运行参数由
PLC
实时采集，并且在调度室IPC的机上显示。监控画面要求动态模拟锅炉运行过程。（3）锅炉自动运行时，必须保证炉膛负压在安全的范围内。炉膛负压可以通过调节鼓风机或者引风机频率来保证。（4）锅炉自动运行时，必须保证炉内的煤得到充分燃烧，提高锅炉热效率。炉膛内含氧量可以通过调节鼓风机频率来保证。（5）当室外温度降低，当前运行的锅炉满负荷运行也不能满足用户需求时，自动增加一台锅炉投入运行。系统特点（6）循环泵根据出回水温差来调节频率，补水泵变频运行来保证锅炉的回水压力。二次系统监控要求：（1）通过PLC实时采集换热站各运行参数，如：换热器的出水回水温度和压力、回水电动
调节阀
开度、水泵和电动调节阀运行状态等。（2）循环泵和补水泵运行频率根据相关温度压力的变化由PLC实现自动调节。（3）电动调节阀的开度由PLC根据用户的回水温度来自动调节，以达到用户室内温度不低于16℃的要求。（4）所有换热站的相关运行数据都要在调度室的IPC的监控画面上显示。由于燃煤锅炉自动运行的控制较为复杂但是单台锅炉输入/输出量不多，换热站比较多而且距离调度室较远；控制器选择CTSC-200 系列PLC性价比更高。CTSC-200包含丰富的指令，PID算法指令方便使用；自由口通讯模式可轻易的实现PLC与第三方设备的通讯。control and equipment control room, receives various monitoring and control instructions from the fire control and equipment control room, and changes the operation mode of the equipment. 2.
