2 工艺自动化分析
高速双面印刷机整机动作控制整机由输纸机、收纸机和主机三部分组成。主机除主
电机
，上、下水辊电机，制动辊电机分别由四个变频器控制外，其余主要动作由七个气缸分别来控制上水辊、下水辊、上墨辊、下墨辊、递纸、上滚筒、下滚筒等的离合动作。气路的控制分为手动和自动两种模式。整机的核心调试工作就是电气、气动与机械动作相匹配，避免印刷中纸张的浪费。
由于自动工作模式下各动作要以一定的顺序工作，机械采用凸轮来控制各动作离合时的角度，电气选用二相增量型旋转编码器来实时测量凸轮的旋转角度，编码器每旋转一周，产生360个脉冲，PLC高速计数器计数720，到零位后复位重新计数。我们可以随时更改编码器的角度值，来配合机械的改动或因速度不同，惯性不同，所需动作的角度值不同，省却了烦琐的机械控制。
3 毅天PLC机电技术的自动化应用
系统原理设计
机床的控制以毅天PLC的ETMX-MSDH40AC-R型PLC为技术平台，触摸屏为操作界面，变频器作为执行构件。触摸屏通过COM2口与毅天PLC 的COM口相连，采用MODBUS协议。PLC通过485口控制四台变频器，支持MODBUS协议。
系统配置设计
毅天PLC：ETMX-MSDH40AC-R ＋扩展ETEM-DH16。触摸屏：DOP-A57CSTD。变频器：VFD110B43A 框架如图1所示。

编程案例
高速计数。
毅天PLC提供了方便的高速计数功能，使程序编写简单，调试快速。两者的通讯省却了中间继电器的控制，减少了故障隐患，再利用触摸屏将PLC中的数据读出，可以方便地监视运转中出现的问题。flocculation tank
