组态监控软件采用北京亚控公司的组态王 6.53 版本，由于本项目是试验性的采集、记录数据，故采用64 点演示版，开发与运行，间断地运行两个小时足以。3.3.1 组态王与台达PLC 通讯的建立　　台达的DVP系列PLC和上位机的组态王通讯采用串行通讯，使用组态王本身驱动，支持RS232和RS485两种通讯方式。本例采用RS485通讯，硬件配置设置值如下：
计算机通过RS232串口接转换模块，变成RS485信号后，接到PLC的485口上
波特率 9600　　数据位 7位
停止位 1位　　校验位偶校验　　切记：将PLC中决定通讯格式的特殊数据寄存器D1120设置为：0X8E
3.3.2 组态数据显示画面、温度记录曲线为了提升港区的货物吞吐能力，提高装卸效率，增强码头作业的可操作性及安全性，满足安全、可靠地控制管理高要求石化油品生产和管理的需求，湛江港石化码头有限责任公司需要为新建的油码头配套高标准的自动化控制系统。

　　新建的油码头包含8万吨级石油化工码头1个；5000吨级成品油码头泊位2个；20000吨级成品油码头泊位1个。

2.系统构成
2.1构成:新建油码头项目自控系统安装工程包含：
——PLC计算机控制系统
——上位计算机监控系统
——计算机管理系统
——激光靠泊监测系统（BAS）
——自控仪表及仪器设备接地系统。
2.2控制对象：系统通过上位计算机监控系统实现对码头整个工艺作业流程进行监控，主要包括：
——工艺管线电动阀门
——管道压力
——温度
——流量自动检测
——监控和超限报警；
——消防管线电动阀门上位监控；
——可燃气体报警装置上位自动检测、报警；
——火灾手动报警信号上位检测、报警。
