称重单元主要由计量托辊和两个应变式荷重传感器组成。称重传感器安装在高精度的平台上，其测量出输送带上物料的单位长度重量；皮带测速单元采用高精度脉冲编码器安装在从动滚筒的轴端，通过滚筒转动产生脉冲信号，以上重量信号（毫伏级）及脉冲信号分别传送至积算控制系统。
其积算称重原理如下所示：
Q：输送量 (重量范围 0～t1) (kg)q：瞬时输送量 (kg/min)W：物料的单位长度重量 (kg/m) (载荷密度)V：皮带速率 (m/min)设输送带的运行长度为[l]，输送带的速度为[v]，输送带运行时间为[t], 其关系为l=vt因此在输送带运行了t1时间后，输送带的运行长度为l1=vt1，那么，输送流量可用下列方程式表示：
给料机的输送量为A，B，C三点所包围的面积。
如下图所示。

上述表明：要计算获得输送量，需通过称量传感器检测到煤流的单位长度的瞬时重量信号，同时速度传感器检测到速度脉冲信号。通过控制仪表将重量信号与速信号进行乘积运算，从而求得输送量，并通过输送量积算求得累积量。

2．系统配置　　本系统24台配煤秤分为两个工艺段各为12台，每个工艺段控制单元由1个S7-315-2DP CPU主站（含1个本地扩展主站）及2个ET200M从站、12个CFC-200及6SE70变频器配带CBP2从站所组成，两个工艺段控制单元经光纤工业以太网进行互连，两台带有WinCC V6.0的工控机组成配煤系统操作员站，其中一台兼有工程师站功能。
