下载S7-300的硬件配置,将EM277的拨位开关拨到与以上硬件组态的ProfiBus DP地址设定值一致,这样S7-300发送给S7-200的数据存放在S7-200的VB0-VB63中,对应S7-300的PQB0-PQB63; S7-300接收来自S7-200存放在VB64-VB127中的数据,对应S7-300的PIB0-PIB63。其他各组以此类推。这里需要注意的是在S7-300中交换数据区的地址终是以PQB*和PIB*的形式出现的,因为在组态EM277时地址是以字节的形式通讯的。 3) S7300与S7200通讯,多能传送128字节数据。如果程序需要多于128字节数据传送,则可以分两次或多次传送,在特定位设置数据组标记,以便分清所传送的数据是哪一组。在本例中,就是由于判断条件较多,传送的字节超过了128个,于是采用数据跳板的方式分两次对数据进行传送。在S7-300中设置标记位(注意此标记位一定要位于数据交换地址区内,因为该标记位也需要传送。),S7-200接收此标记位,根据标记位的信号性质,分别将数据传送区的数据MOVE给两块独立的地址区,在S7-200程序中使用这两块独立的地址区数据即可。




 
3, 触摸屏MP277和S7-300 PLC的通讯设置及画面风格        本例中由中方提供设备的人机交互界面是Siemens 10.4” 触摸屏MP277。是Siemens全新设计,性能显著增强的多功能面板,10.4" TFT 显示屏,64K 色,分辨率 640 x 480。Windows CE 操作系统,内置 PROFINET/以太网,2 个 USB 端口 (鼠标,键盘,打印机,USB 棒),多达 5 种语言在线切换,全球通用 (包括亚洲和西里尔语言) 。本例工程中屏与S7-300 PLC通过MPI口通讯,屏的编程软件是WINNCC flexible 。 1) 通讯设置       MP277和S7-300的通讯设置非常简单,只要在屏的编程软件WINNCC flexible中的“连接”选项的“通讯驱动程序”选中“SIMATIC S7 300/400”即可出现下图示参数页。屏一侧的接口是“IF1B”,PLC一侧是“MPI”。通讯电缆使用ProfiBus DP通讯电缆和DP接口模块制作,和制作ProfiBus DP通讯电缆一样,屏和PLC两侧的终端电阻都设置成“ON”。PLC编程软件STEP7中针对屏可以不做任何设置。至此,MP277和S7-300PLC的通讯设置就完成了。
