5 结束语　　经实践证明，采用PROFIBUS-DP和Ethernet组建的工业网络控制管理系统实现了分布式控制，可大大降低现场连接工作量和费用，提高信号的传输精度与灵活性。采用SIEMENS S7-400 PLC以及WinCC5.0实现了控制手段的更新和控制效率的提高,使人机交互可视化以及生产管理与控制的一体化，给系统的安装、调试和设备维护带来方便。本例项目在土耳其的卡利喀里市郊，该项目是土耳其首都安卡拉市的居民饮用水工程。项目是由土耳其本国一工程公司——MPE承建，昆山半岛水处理公司属于成套设备供应商。土耳其的MPE公司自1988年成立，其业务始终围绕着水处理行业，业绩遍布中东、欧洲和非洲各地。昆山半岛水处理公司在中国也有近20年的业绩历史，其项目主要集中在电力、化工、冶金、电子、医药等行业的净水和污水处理。 2，项目工艺简介：本例项目的原水是地表河水，通过前级预处理（澄清池，沙滤）后进入六套超滤设备，然后进入五套反渗透设备，后再进入后级处理以达到饮用水的指标要求。这其中的六套超滤设备和五套反渗透设备由昆山半岛水处理公司提供，并且包括其控制系统。 3，项目当中使用了SIEMENS品牌的水泵电机、S7 200 PLC（六套 CPU是224XP）、S7 300 PLC（二套 CPU是315-2DP，三套ET200M扩展）、MP277触摸屏（二套）等。

二、控制系统构成控制系统主控单元采用SIEMENS S7-300 PLC，子控单元采用SIEMENS S7-200 PLC，主控单元的现场人机界面采用SIEMENS MP277 10.4” 触摸屏。这样的配置既经济又稳定，而且作为出口设备具有控制系统的相对独立性。 1，系统简介本例属于市政饮用水项目，原水是地表河水，归属于中国供货的设备是六套超滤和五套反渗透设备，总出力3360m3/h。本文主要针对超滤设备进行控制系统的论述，每套超滤设备由独立的PLC S7-200进行控制，负责超滤设备的运行、反洗、模拟量信号处理、报警等本体设备控制。子控单元S7-200 PLC由224XP CPU ，EM277 ProfiBus DP通讯模块和I/O信号模块组成。

主控单元S7-300通过和S7-200交换信息，协调各单台超滤设备液位连锁和反洗工艺步序排队。S7-300 PLC采用315-2 DP CPU，CP341以太网模块和I/O信号模块。315-2 CPU的MPI口连接触摸屏MP277，DP口与S7-200 的EM277连接，通过Profibus DP 通讯。

2， ProfiBus DP 配置 S7-300与S7-200通过EM277进行PROFIBUS DP通讯，需要在STEP7中进行S7-300站组态，在S7-200系统中不需要对通讯进行组态和编程，只需要将要进行通讯的数据整理存放在V 存储区与S7-300的组态EM277从站时的硬件I/O地址相对应就可以了。本工程控制系统的ProfiBus DP 配置过程如下： 1) 在S7-300站组态六个EM277子站，每个EM277子站分别对应一套超滤设备。每个子站的通讯字节数是64字节输入和64字节输出。六个EM277子站的ProfiBus DP 地址分别是：3，4，5，6，7，8。There are only two Western Fonts in the default installation.
