本文介绍基于台达触摸屏PLC的恒压变频恒压供水设计方案,主要体现台达系统集成应用技术方案提供完善的自动化系统。
2 系统设计  2.1 恒压供水原理  根据设备工作要求设定系统给定压力(Mpa),作为PID自整定控制模型的SV值,压力仪表传感器将被控对象管道压力(Mpa)实时采集作为PID自整定模型的PV值,二者数值大小比较后生成偏差值Et,按照调整好的比例系数Kp、积分系数Ki、微分系数Kd,PLC控制程序PID指令运算结果控制输出MV值,转换为模拟量(0~10V)作为变频器频率给定信号,控制变频器拖动水泵电机输出不同转速,达到调节供水管道压力的控制效果。在激烈的市场竞争中,保证产品制造质量的同时,钢板的标识质量越来越重要。钢板边部标识设备的改造,实现了钢板边部的在线自动标识,提高了收集速度,改善了工人的劳动环境,提高了钢板标识质量,具有良好的应用前景。
二、设备组成
边部标识设备主要由四部分组成:
1、标识设备主体机架: 该机架主要用来放置VIDEOJET喷码机喷头,并带动喷头进行上下左右的移动和行走,以完成在钢板侧面的信息标识。
2、VIDEOJET喷码机:该设备是一个独立的设备,标识的内容在HMI上输入,通过RS232串口通讯进行字符或条码内容的传输。
3、PLC控制系统: 用来与HMI进行通讯和指令控制。对标识设备的主体机架的运行进行控制。完成控制序列周期动作。
4、HMI上位机:操作工通过HMI上位机将所要喷涂的内容输入到界面,并发送打印指令,开始了一个喷涂周期的控制。
三、边部标识设备的控制原理
边部设备是单独的一套设备,安装在喷涂钢板侧边的位置。由光电开关检测钢板的位置,使之能够停在合适的位置范围之内。喷字头自动下落,顺着钢板长度由外向内在钢板侧面进行条码的标识。 由于是在钢板侧面喷涂,要求喷头的位置与钢板侧边之间的距离比较严格,一般要控制在200mm之内,这就要求有准确的钢板定位控制。这也是边部条码机的重要要求之一。条码的标识是先由边部喷码机油漆喷嘴随机架在电气控制之下沿钢板长度方向进行移动,在钢板侧面喷一层白色的底漆,操作工在上位机的界面上输入要喷码的内容,通过RS232通讯到VIDEOJET喷码机上,该喷码机的喷头安装在边部标识设备的机架上,随机架移动在钢板侧面的白色底漆上面喷黑色的字符、数字或条码等内容。
控制时序指令如下:
1、等待开始指令;
2、接收开始指令;
3、机架初始化;
4、机架落下,检测轮落到钢板上;
5、机架伸出,寻找钢板边部位置;

The production line adopts the dripper screening system controlled by eh series PLC and M series frequency converter, which realizes the automatic screening and transportation of drippers, with low cost and high degree of automation, and improves the production efficiency; G series frequency converter is adopted for the extrusion of drip irrigation belt, and the large torque is started to ensure the extrusion effect of drip irrigation belt; The dripper conveying part requires the dripper to be evenly embedded in the drip irrigation belt.
