双机热备是指控制系统中监控主机的冗余，是为了保证系统的稳定运行而增加的功能。当系统正常工作时，主，从机都启动，但从机不采集实时数据，而是通过网络从主机获得实时数据，同时负责对主机的监听。在主机停机后，从机采集数据并完全取代主机的功能。主机恢复运行后，从机停止数据采集，系统恢复到正常状况。
现场控制层则位于单泵站，分站控制级星形拓扑结构的10/100以太网通讯与各自设备通讯。和上层站点通过光交换机进行通讯；该系统通讯配置有极高的可靠性：在中央控制层通讯发生故障时，现场控制层能连续独立地控制和其有关的设备（各分站都处于各分站PLC自控状态下）；同时故障区域控制层的分站控制层通过其自身自动化信息监控系统独立工作；当分站控制层发生通讯故障时，不影响上层通讯界面的通讯，分站通过其自动控制系统独立控制，并且根据控制方式、等级的不同分为：管理控制级和操作员级。随着技术进步和工业发展，越来越多的机电一体化应运而生。为了提高设备的自动化水平
及安全性，就经常要用到各种各样的变送器，如压力变送器，压差变送器，位置传感器，温度
传感器等等。它们多数都是将所要检测的物理量转换为标准的电量信号如 0～20mA,4～
20mA,0～10v 等，再传送给控制元件如
plc
等。而 plc 等元件通过标准信号按约定的定义以数字
量化的形式对其进行多种运算并正确的判断执行各种动作或输出相应的数字量控制执行装置，
从而减少了许多原来由人观察判断、处理的过程，不但提高了效率而且更加安全、准确、快速。
一、问题的提出
如上所述，plc 等元件必须真实地理解变送器送来的信号的定义，才能谈的上正确运行及动
作。笔者在设计中，曾经遇到这么一个问题，由于实际需要而决定了选取元件的局限性，选用
了 Siments S7-200 系列 PLC，其模拟量输入模块可接受的信号为 0-20mA 或 0-10v，而采用的
压力变送器输出信号则为 4-20Ma，需要将该变送器测得的信号与设定的压力值进行比较并发出
升速、降速、欠压、超压等信号控制
执行机构
的运作。这样，就出现了一个问题。即在 plc 接
收到 0-4mA 信号时,实际压力值为0，而 plc 则不认为是”0”,怎样才能解决这一矛盾呢?
二、问题分析Each module collects 8-channel analog quantity or temperature. When there are multiple analog quantity points to be collected, it can be realized by connecting multiple adam-4100 modules, with high cost performance.The RS-485 serial port of PLC is connected with adam-4100 module. Through the popular standard Modbus / RTU protocol in the industry, adam-4100 module can be seamlessly connected with PLC, so as to reduce the planning cost of PLC analog acquisition.

Scheme introduction:

Siemens S7-200 / S7-300, Mitsubishi, Omron and other brand PLCs can be seamlessly connected with Advantech module by using Modbus protocol library or supporting Modbus protocol through Modbus communication module.

Taking Siemens S7-200 PLC and Advantech high reliability, Modbus / RTU protocol data acquisition module adam-4100 series products as an example, this scheme introduces the seamless connection with Advantech products on the basis of the original PLC control system, so as to realize the production requirements with the least cost.

1. Adam-4100 module

Adam-4100 series module is a portable interface module from general sensor to computer, which is specially designed for reliable operation in harsh environment. Its features:
