变频整合在该行业电气控制系统中，为控制增添新的亮点。如江苏一企业的气流纺织机，就采用了SIEMA公司的PLC及其模块，。该系统采用单台人机接口-触摸屏通过RS-485总线，实时对PLC进行监控、参数调整、断纱自动报警等多项功能。该系统的PLC通过调整一百多个电磁铁开合时间来实现纱线接头长度及纱线支数的调整，由于受电磁线圈消磁特性及纱线粘度、引纱电机的速度等综合影响，电磁铁的开合时间亦通常有0.02-0.06秒的卫小调整来满足生产的需要。所以该系统单台人机接口的点睛运用，在有效控制成本的基础上，极大地提高了生产效率及生产工义指针。该系统PLC的I/O点非常多，有八九百个点，面对如此庞大的系统设计及其成本的压力，设计者却一反传统的大而大做，巧妙地利用西门子公司200系列PLC（自带485口）及人机接口共同支持MODBUS协议的特点，及其SIEMA公司200系列32DI、32DO、8TC、8AI、4RTD、4AO 等大点数模块，根据纺纱工艺的要求，将I/O点分为5台PLC主机的小系统，仅用双绞线将传统的5台PLC与人机接口连为统一的"大系统"，真正做到了大系统小设计。同比全部采用西门子PLC及其模块之下大大节省了成本，同时SIEMA公司产品质量好，运行稳定，保证了系统的可靠性。
在实际应用中，该系统的引纱、喂给电机的频率及相互匹配系数，可直接通过触摸面板快捷地调整和电流的实时监控，并且使线上所有5台PLC程序严格的一致，增加了PLC应急互换性，实现了多层控制单一化，复杂简单化。
纵观整个控制系统，简洁、准确、节能、人性化的设计风格无不透着现代设计者的匠心独具。同时也折射出新世纪传统控制产业的方向和主流。针对目前给排水领域大型泵站群地理位置分散，待处理的数据实时性强，数据量大等特点，北京亚控科技提出以HMI软件KingView,数据采集软件King IO Sever，工业实时数据库KingRDB及门户信息网站King WebServer为基础，并融合了现场通信技术，数据库技术，WEB技术，SCADA/HMI技术，C/S技术等的一体化的数据采集监控系统整体解决方案。
在整个系统中，按照功能可划分为三个层次：现场控制层，现场数据采集监控层，中央监控层。如图（一）所示：

现场控制层：以工业PLC为控制核心，控制各个泵站的电气设备。
现场数据采集监控层：负责采集各个泵站的PLC上实时数据，针对每一个泵站设置现场监控计算机，并根据现场的实际点数安装Kingview 6.53 有限点软件，具有权限的操作员可在本地计算机上修改与之相连的PLC控制参数，监控该区域泵站的运行状态，并且可以定时报表，生成报表文件。
中央监控层：中央控制层位于排水运行管理中心，配备两台工控机，安装二套King IO Server软件，互为冗余系统，实现整个系统的监控，数据汇总，打印等功能；并在另外两台计算机上安装该Kingviw开发版以及实时历史数据库Kinghistorian。该层位于控制的高层，采用千兆以态网通讯，King IO Server通过以太网和现场监控计算机相连，并与现场各泵站监控计算机Kingview平台上的实时数据进行交换（Kingview组态软件即可当成OPC服务器，给其它Kingview软件提供数据interpolation function supports positioning control commands: through ZrN (origin reset) / drva (absolute addressing) / DRVI (relative positioning) commands, SC series can easily match DELTA servo to complete various motion control requirements.

Advantech's adam-4100 solid-state module is designed for reliable operation in harsh environments. It can work in a wide temperature working range, a wide power input range, and even in a strong noise interference environment. The specially designed automatic filter function can automatically adjust the filter parameters according to the maximum frequency of noise, so as to ensure the accuracy and stability of signal acquisition.
