相应电梯产品维保市场的竞争较为复杂；安装接线较多。
通用PLC+变频器的系统虽然可编程，但通用PLC基本上没有电梯专用的操作界面设计和调试工具；常见品牌的PLC程序防护强度低，极易被恶意破解和破坏；通用PLC编程开发平台又没有专门面向电梯行业，导致程序开发难度高和维护性较差；安装接线很多，驱动配套调试复杂。

2 ECS3100系统组成

如图1-1所示，ECS3100系统由控制器、PWM控制板、变频器驱动部分组成。控制器与PWM控制板通过配套的扁平
电缆
、普通双绞线各1根连接，而PWM板与变频器驱动部分通过2根配套的扁平电缆连接。通常安装时将2块电路板置于上方，驱动部分置于下方，并保证通风。如图1-2所示为安装实例。其它方式的安装也可以另行设计，相应的配套连接电缆的长度可调整。

ECS3100输入输出接线简便，具有高可靠、抗干扰的特性。具体体现在以下三点，如图1-1所示：
? ECS3100系统的数字I/O点都控制器上。有30个普通数字输入点（24VDC），4个220V高压数字输入点，6个晶体管数字输出点，10个继电器输出点，可满足直梯应用的要求。
? PWM板上拥有2个模拟量输入、1个模拟量输出、编码器接口等。
? ECS3100系统的PWM板（变频器）与控制器之间有内部输入输出总线，通过扁平电缆连接，无须接线。
由于有内部输入输出总线，以往专用微机板或PLC与变频器的接线都得到简化。通过
编程软件
可以很方便地对内部输入输出总线进行端子功能定义。
如下图1-3为I/O实例图。

操作界面如下图1-4，分别为控制器板上的小键盘和手持操作器。

小键盘包括3个LED数码管、3个指示灯及4个按键，如下表1所示。小键盘用于显示楼层数据、运行方向、故障代码，也可进行其它规定的调试操作。
小键盘的显示和操作有三种模式：正常模式，人工控制模式0和人工控制模式1。
正常模式用于显示电梯状态数据，而人工控制模式0和人工控制模式1均用于调试。
