系统生产工艺
铝塑复合管由内管、内胶、铝管、外胶、外管5层材料构成,以物料运动顺序该生产线分为65mm内管挤出机(机身有4个加热区、机头3个加热区)、45mm内胶挤出机(机身3个加热区、机头3个加热区)、自动纵移恒张力牵引机(无加热区)、45mm外胶挤出机(机身3个加热区、机头3个加热区)65mm外管挤出机(机身4个加热区、机头3个加热区)。所以需要控制的温控加热区共有26个,计26台温控表由一台触摸屏控制。如下图:
当系统上电后,首先开始温控,即温控表上电,变频器不得电,上电后立即向各个温控表发出2条命令,1是禁止温控表输出加热(不影响实际测温)2是设置一个较低的上电初始加热温度,因为热电偶插在加热区内部,加热圈在外部,这样避免升温过快使整个加热圈温度不均。26个加热区的上电初始值可以是相同的。上电结束后,如果通讯检测正常,就会在触摸屏上显示各加热区的参数,可以在触摸屏上设定各加热区的温度,也可以在触摸屏上改变各加热区的加热允许/禁止状态,以上两种命令认为是随机发生的,还可以用中断方式在读温控表实测中实现。对于各加热区的温度设定,可以用触摸屏中的数字键盘,当设定某一加热区的某一温度时,点击该加热区的设定区域,弹出一设定键盘,设定好该区的温度后按“确认”键,键盘自动关闭,方便明了。
为使触摸屏中显示的26个加热区的实测温度刷新率高,采用“接力”通讯读取方式,即当读一区后(有3种情况发生:成功、校验错误、通讯超时)立即读取下一区。通讯错误的处理:可以为每个从站的通讯设立一个出错计数器,当某个从站通讯校验或通讯超时错误此计数器加1,通讯成功后会自动清除。当某个计数器增加到一个预设值(触摸屏中可以修改)时蜂鸣器报警,同时弹出通讯失败的报警画面,并详细说明如何处理。系统运行中,如果某一加热区出现超高/低温报警,温控表上的“Alarm”报警灯变成红色,同时触摸屏中立刻弹出报警信息,如:报警时间、故障处理方法等。方便及时排除故障。真正体现触摸屏的独特性——人机对话。触摸屏本身具有“配方”功能,通过其内部的宏指令可以将不同产品的不同工艺配方存储在其中,随时调用,大大节提高工作效率。

本系统在浙江某厂已经成功运行一年多,现场运行证明该电气系统无论是在软件还是硬件设计上都是较为合理的,运行可靠,且有着很强的抗干扰性,使工业自动化水平又上升了一个新的台阶,很值得在挤出机行业中推广。水设备技术更新日益发展,随着相关电气设备的技术进步而不断完善。随着富士新一代小型PLC-SPB的上市,在变频供水技术改造上得到进一步发展,实现了控制功能更强,价格更低的改进型

三. 功能介绍 此种变频柜是一种低成本一拖三控制方式,其过程为1号泵调速运行至满负荷时仍达在到设定压力,PLC将当前运行泵转换为工频,再软启动2号泵,开始调速直达设定压力值,如仍不能满足要求则将2号泵也转为工频运行,3号泵软启动后投入调速运行,以达到设定压力值,减泵时按3号、2号、1号泵顺序执行。如此循环往复,实现闭环调节控制恒压供水。main power house - concentration and pressure filtration - bin loading system - loading station 2.1 raw coal screening and crushing system 2.1.1 The screening and crushing system classifies the objects according to the particle size on the screen surface with holes, which is called screening The process of splitting lump coal into smaller particles is called crushing.
