和利时公司PLC事业部技术人员对该类型包装机运行环境进行了现场考察和反复研究,充分考虑到了现场环境的不同地域特性(俄罗斯、广州等),在可靠性、稳定性等方面做了大量工作,提出了基于HOLLiAS-LEC G3小型一体化PLC的控制系统。实际运行效果表明,基于G3系列PLC的控制系统达到了预期效果,大大提高了设备的自动化水平。    DXD全自动包装机要求加料、制袋、充填、封口、剪切、撕口等工序全自动完成,包装速度、制袋长度可以调整。采用HOLLiAS-LEC G3 PLC控制的DXD全自动包装机是集机电一体化、光电检测、步进电机自动跟踪纠偏等功能于一体的多用途自动包装机,该包装机具有电眼跟踪、PLC控制、无级变速纠偏等功能,计量,符合行业标准,并且具有性能稳定、操作维护方便、效率高等特点,保证了包装袋的长度稳定,图形美观。   根据工艺要求,DXD全自动包装机采用PLC进行自动控制,包含两个关键的步进电机的协调运行。选用1块24点CPU模块LM3106做为整个控制系统的核心部分, LM3106不仅可以处理普通的DI、DO、AI、AO点,还包含三路高速脉冲计数输入和两路高速脉冲输出,其输出频率大可达20KHz。选用深圳人机电子有限公司的5.7" 蓝色 STN 液晶触摸屏MT506L作为人机界面。 3系统设计    采用PLC控制的DXD全自动包装机可以实现自动制袋、自动上料、自动计量、自动封装等多项功能,并可对生产过程进行实时监控,完成自动诊断、自动报警和数据上传等功能。根据工艺要求,DXD全自动包装机的控制系统由人机界面操作及显示系统、制袋控制系统、送料计量控制系统、封装及剪切控制系统组成。 DXD全自动包装机的输入、输出信号参见表1。

人机界面操作及显示系统如图1和图2所示。根据用户要求,设定并显示包装容量、制袋长度、每分钟的包装速度,系统可显示出实际产量(袋数)和准确计量数(填充量),能够对计量数手动清零,具有正常的启动、停止及点动按钮。设置画面带有权限保护,能够方便调用光电眼控制及其它辅助控制系统选择开关和多料混装选择开关。


下面对DXD全自动包装机的各控制部分做一简单说明。    制袋控制系统:制袋过程的启停有两种控制方式,即机侧按钮和人机界面操作。无论采用哪种方式,当操作者按下启动按钮时,拉袋电机根据触摸屏设定的各种参数工作,步进电机进给,PLC实时检测步进电机的进给量。当达到设定范围时,开始判断拉袋到位传感器,传感器信号为ON时,拉袋到位,步进电机进给停止,计数加1。在整个制袋过程中,触摸屏实时跟踪、显示各个数据变化,一旦有故障(如电机堵转等)或是不合理的数据出现,整个机器就会停止,并强行在触摸屏上显示并报警,同时向上位机传送故障内容。参数设定参见表2。    送料计量控制系统:送料计量启动信号为ON时,送料开始,送料用伺服电机根据触摸屏设定的参数工作。PLC实时检测填充量,伺服电机根据计量值的不同完成加速填充、均速填充、微量填充,填充结束进给到位。在全部的送料过程中,触摸屏实时跟踪、显示各个数据变化,一旦有故障(如电机堵转等)或是不合理的数据出现,整个机器就会停止,并强行在触摸屏上显示并报警,同时向上位机传送故障内容。参数设定参见表2。    封装及剪切控制系统:为了保证机器及人员的安全,首先判断封装及剪切数据的合理性。若数据不正确,包装机处于保护状态,并在触摸屏上显示警告内容。若数据正确,PLC根据实时采集到的数据进行计算,每袋在进料结束后输出封装。during the manufacture of this product, so that it can not only remain between the fibers, but also adhere and wrap the fibers. (4) Establishment of application method of expansion agent through the application test in the paper mill, the application method of expansion agent is established. (5) The efficacy test of expansion agent through the application test in the laboratory and paper mill, the quality of finished sanitary roll paper with equal diameter and equal height with and without expansion agent is compared to investigate the expansion efficacy of expansion agent. 2 results and discussion 2.1 expansion agent formula the best ratio of each component in pulp expansion agent is determined through orthogonal test. The results are shown in Table 1.According to the composition and content in the table, the main components of this product are anionic and non-ionic surfactants. Because the repulsion between anionic surfactant and fiber increases the distance between fibers and weakens the hydrogen bond between fibers, the volume of pulp suspension increases. Nonionic surfactants, such as alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (PAE), can make the fiber feel greasy and soft. High polymer PPA can increase the strength of the paper to offset the decrease of the paper strength due to the increase of the distance between fibers. A small amount of defoamer can be added to the extruding agent in order to prevent the foaming of the extruder from mixing with the pulp. 2.2 production process of expansion agent after repeated experiments and trial production, the production process of expansion agent is determined, as shown in Figure 1.
