随着总线控制和网络的出现和应用，PLC如虎添翼，不断向各个行业渗透。现在，在工业上几乎每个行业都可以看到PLC的身影。我公司根据自动化控制人员在产品实际应用上的经验和总结，在认真分析国际上知名的控制系统公司的产品的基础上，以及鉴于一期工程采用罗克韦尔自动化公司A-B品牌的PLC产品的良好运行状况，所以二期工程仍采用了A-B品牌的PLC，来控制整个车间的生产情况。作为罗克韦尔自动化公司旗下拥有百年历史的品牌，A-B品牌PLC在全球工业界享有盛名。PLC-5系列PLC作为A-B品牌家族中成熟的产品，拥有许多功能模块，可以实现多种复杂的控制系统。此外，罗克韦尔自动化公司的软件众多，功能强大，对A-B的产品有广泛的支持。有RSLogix 5、RSLogix 500、RSLogix 5000、SLC 500-A.I.系列编程软件，控制网组态软件RSNetWork等一系列梯形图编程软件包，为罗克韦尔自动化公司的产品提供了可靠的通讯能力、强大的编程功能和卓越的诊断能力和监控能力，以及运行控制功能。经过深思熟虑，终我们确定了罗克韦尔自动化公司的PLC-5可编程序控制器、RSLogix 5编程软件、RSNetWork控制网组态软件以及RSView监控软件组成的自控系统，来控制总装车间整个生产装配线，实现各项功能，满足整个车间对自动化控制系统的要求。此外，奇瑞公司二期工程的焊装输送线和涂装输送线也采用了罗克韦尔自动化公司的A-B品牌PLC。我们选择的PLC-5/40E CPU，内存容量大，数据处理能力强，网络功能强大，带有以太网网口，不需要额外的以太网通讯模块。 PLC-5/40E CPU使用钥匙开关改变处理器的操作模式： 1.RUN（运行）在运行模式下，用户不能创建或删除程序文件，创建或删除数据文件，或通过编程软件改变操作模式。 2.PROG（编程）在编程模式时，用软件编程不能改变操作模式 3.REM（远程）通过编程软件，在远程编程、远程测试、远程运行模式之间改变。 RSLogix 5编程软件具有可靠的通讯能力、强大的编程功能和卓越的诊断能力和监控能力，以及运行控制功能： ·诊断和故障查找工具 ·可靠的通讯功能 ·统一的项目视图 ·灵活的梯形图逻辑 ·符号编程 ·可选的梯形图视图 ·容易的通信组态利用RSLogix 5梯形逻辑编程软件，可以优化系统性能，节省项目开发时间，提高生产率。上位机监控软件RSView32是罗克韦尔自动化公司推出的组态软件平台，它使用方便，可以构造灵活的界面和强大的功能，用RSView32组态软件能开发出较强的组合画面：快速灵活的画面切换 ·灵活有效的报警方式 ·强大的功能和简单直观的操作方式 ·灵活实用的设置功能 ·实用的管理功能利用上位机监控软件RSView32，坐在中央控制室，就可以监控现在的一切机械化设备，对现场的生产情况一目了然。三、系统结构与配置罗克韦尔自动化公司的通讯网络分为三层：信息层、控制层和设备层。信息层应用以太网，用于全厂的数据采集和程序维修。控制层应用控制网、DH+、DH485、远程I/O网络。设备层应用DeviceNet网络，用于底层设备的低成本、高效率信息集成。罗克韦尔自动化采用基于生产者/客户模式的通讯技术的控制网，即传送对时间有苛刻要求的控制信息，同时对其他的信息如对时间无苛求的信息也能传送，不会影响对时间苛求信息的传送。该控制网具有以下的特点：连续性传送与梯形逻辑程序的扫描异步以一个与用户在I/O映象表中所设定的通讯速率相等或更快的速率传送，保证了控制网中的数据准确、可靠、快速的发送、传递、接受和处理。 so on. ④ The strength of cartons is reduced less. This makes the printing quality of most flexographic direct printing cartons in the medium and low-grade state, which can only deal with the printing of field, lines and simple patterns, which greatly reduces the printing quality of cartons. ③ The printing accuracy is not high. The number of conventional offset screen lines is 175 lines / inch, while the number of conventional screen lines of flexographic cartons is only 35 ~ 75 lines / inch. It is a low-precision printing method, which is most suitable for printing text line manuscripts. Although the printing quality of four-color images has been improved in recent years, it is still limited. 1.3 pre printing corrugated box pre printing includes two printing methods: gravure pre printing and flexographic pre printing. The method of producing color corrugated boxes by gravure pre printing is to use gravure printing machine to print on the web paper, still receive the material into the web paper after printing, and then use the printed web paper as the corrugated paper production line on the carton surface paper to make the corrugated box board, and then cut it into box shape by die-cutting machine.
