即以后纺的纱均以该平均参考值为基准,在纺纱过程中一旦有纱疵超出设定的纱疵界限,清纱器就会立即停止该锭位纺纱。但如果某个锭位在初几米时纺纱直径偏差较大,那么基准值就会影响到后面的纱疵界限范围,造成该切的纱疵漏掉。当然,这种情况是极个别的,如果出现,首先检查该锭位的纺杯、分梳辊及纺纱通道是否有问题,然后在清纱器上再对该锭位进行初始化,让该锭位重新产生新的参考平均值。 3 对锁定的锭位进行维修 在安装清纱器之前,一般很难发现常产生纱疵的锭位,而装上清纱器之后,在纺纱中如产生较大的纱疵,清纱器就停止该锭位纺纱,此时接头机就会对该锭位的纺杯进行清洁并重新接头。但如果某些锭位在规定的长度内(如1000m)因疵点连续被清纱器停纺两次,那么该锭位就会被清纱器锁定住,不能纺纱,接头机过来也不接头,此时清纱器检测头上红LED灯和锭位的红灯长亮,说明该锭位有问题需要修理。通过检查,发现一般有如下原因造成锭位锁定:(1)分梳辊有挂花、倒齿及断齿等现象;(2)分梳腔及纤维通道有棉蜡、油污或磨损现象;(3)纺杯内积尘太多;(4)排杂腔内悬挂的杂质过多,容易随分梳辊旋转产生的负压返回到分梳腔再送到纺杯中随纱纺出(即黑粗节)。针对这些锭位进行维修后,运行状态更加良好,大大地提高整台车的运转效率。 4 接头机质量的控制 纺纱中接头质量的控制也是非常重要的,接头不能过粗,否则会影响布面质量,接头过细则强力不够,在后道工序容易断头。一般来说通过对接头机参数的控制,可确保接头直径是纺纱平均直径的1.1~1.25倍,接头处的断裂强力是正常纱断裂强力的80%以上。转杯纱接头是在纺杯内完成的,它被引出纺杯后要经过清纱器检测槽,如果接头过大过粗或过细超出了设定的纱疵界限,那么清纱器会停止该锭位纺纱,杜绝接头纱疵流入到下工序。我们对接头区域进行了检测,大部分正常的接头是在图1中的24和25号区域,属于无害的纱疵。高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)缠绕增强管主要以HDPE树脂为原料,以聚丙烯(PP)波纹管为骨架管,采用缠绕成型工艺制成。按截面,其结构可分为PR、SQ、VW三种系列。产品直径为300-3500mm,标准管长为6m,产品特征为内表面光滑,外部呈异型增强结构。 HDPE缠绕增强管的生产工艺过程是,将原料按一定的配比装入搅拌装置中进行搅拌,待混合均匀后经真空送料装置送至中间料仓贮存,然后由真空送料装置送至挤出机中加热、塑化、均化后,经流道、口模分别挤出成平料带和用以包覆PP骨架管的弧型料带,等距地缠绕在旋转的模具表面上,从而制得各种结构形式的制品。制品和模具一起被吊运至切削设备上,冷却并按规定的尺寸切削承口和插口端,然后吊运至脱模台将制品脱模。脱模后的制品经内外表面修整后,在承口端预埋上金属电熔丝,即可进行检验和包装。该产品生产工艺独特,产品换型快,只需更换不同规格的模具和口模,即可按用户要求生产出管长在6m以内的不同规格的HDPE缠绕增强管材。 1 HDPE缠绕增强管的性能及特点 HDPE缠绕增强管具有良好的性能,以独特的增强结构形式(由PP管形成的骨架作用)建立了良好的承外力结构,实现了产品轻量化。就强度和刚度而言,表面看来HDPE缠绕增强管不如混凝土管,特别是钢筋混凝土管,但在实际应用中因为HDPE缠绕增强管属于柔性管,只要设计和施工得当,它能与周围土壤共同承受负载,在同等应用条件下较之其它管材质轻,便于运输,比水泥管、钢管的施工更为安全、方便、快捷,能明显降低费用。单位管长件重仅为钢管的1/6、铸铁管的1/8、水泥管的1/13,equipment manufacturers have selected Davidson's c18drma-ld.
