我公司有六台RU14型转杯纺纱机，经过十多年的运转，成纱质量有所下降，主要是棉结、粗节较多。为此我公司引进安装了三台比利时BARCO公司生产的光电式电子清纱器，经过半年的运行，效果良好，成纱质量得到保证。为了使清纱器能在纺纱中发挥佳的控制作用，我们做了大量的工作，现将其使用体会作一介绍。 1 纱疵界限的确定　　由于生产品种不同，清纱器的检测参数不一样，同时，对于在纺纱中产生的纱疵也要区别对待。有些纱疵，例如长粗节和较大的棉结等会影响到布面质量，就一定要清除；而有些较小的纱疵，不会影响布面质量，则可以不予清除，这样可以保证转杯纺纱机的生产效率。因此，确定要清除的纱疵界限是相当重要的。　　图1为清纱器的纱疵界限参数表。方框中的数值表示纱疵的区域，例如53号纱疵区域表示纱疵的长度为20mm～40mm，纱疵的直径要比平均直径粗80%~120%。在清纱器上输入纱疵区域参数后，对于粗节来说，该区域右边及上边等纱疵区域将被清除，而对于细节来讲，该区域的下边及右边将被清除。　　根据纱疵参数表,我们在纺新品种时,通常采取"先大后小"的方法，即品种刚生产时，把纱疵灵敏度放大，取得纱疵样后，判断该纱疵是否对后道工序产生危害，若为无害纱疵，即降低该区域的灵敏度，不予清除，以保证转杯纺纱机的效率。例如在纺C58.3tex纱时，在清纱器上输入纱疵参数：61，52，43，34，25，17。在取得纱疵样后,我们认为25号区域对后道工序布面质量影响不大(26，27等区域也是一样)，因此可以把25号的区域去掉,故实际纺纱中运用的参数为61，52，43，34，17。 2 确立纺纱的参考平均值　　在翻改品种时，每个锭位纺出的纱过清纱器检测槽时初的2m为非控制区域，即只对纱进行检测，测得的数据作为该锭位的初参考平均值，然后再检测修正到10m，20m……100m，后以这100m得到的参数作为纺纱的参考平均值，controller.
