废铝料只有一小部分再生为变形铝合金,约 1/4 再生成炼钢用的脱氧剂,大部分用于再生铸造用铝合金。美、日等国广泛应用的压铸铝合金 A380 、 ADCl0 等基本上是用废铝再生的。 再生铝的主要设备是熔炼炉和精炼净化炉,一般采用燃油或燃气的专用静置炉。我国大的再生铝企业是位于上海市郊的上海新格有色金属有限公司,该公司有两组50t 的熔炼静置炉,一组 40t 燃油熔炼静置炉;一台 12t 的燃油回转炉。小型企业可采用池窑、坩埚窑等冶炼。 近年来,发达国家在生产中不断推出了一系列新的技术创新举措,如低成本的连续熔炼和处理工艺,可使低品位的废杂铝升级,用于制造供铸造、压铸、轧制及作母合金用的再生铝锭。大的铸锭重 13.5t, 其中,重熔的二次合金锭 (RSI) 可用于制造易拉罐专用薄板,薄板的质量已使每支易拉罐的质量下降到只有 14g左右;某些再生铝,甚至用于制造计算机软盘驱动器的框架。 在废铝的再生过程中,对于再生铝的熔炼及熔体的处理是保证再生铝冶金质量关键工序。铝熔体的变质与精炼净化,不仅可以改变铝硅合金中硅的形态,净化了铝熔体,而且能够大大改善铝合金的性能。铝熔体的精炼变质与净化,目前多采用Nacl 、 NaF 、 KCI 及 Na3AIF6 等氯盐和氟盐处理,也有的采用 C12 或 C2C16 。进行处理。 采用含氯物质精炼废铝熔体,虽然效果较好,但其副产物 AICI3 、 HCl 和 Cl等会对人体、环境及设备都造成严重损害。近年来,人们正在力图改进处理工艺,选用无毒、低毒的精炼变质材料来解决环境污染问题,如选用N2 、 Ar 等作为精炼剂,但效果不尽如人意。市售的所谓“无公害”精炼剂,其基本成分为碳酸盐、硝酸盐及少量的 C2C16 ,因仍有少量氮氧化物、氯气排出,也不能完全消除环境污染。几年,新发展起来的用稀土合金对再生铝进行变质、细化和精炼的工艺,有望使废铝回收冶炼业的环境污染问题得到彻底解决。该工艺充分运用稀土元素与铝熔体相互作用的特性,发挥稀士元素对铝熔体的精炼净化和变质功能,能够实现对铝熔体的净化、精炼及变质的一体化处理,不仅简洁高效,而且能够有效地改善再生铝的冶金质量。在处理的全程中均不会产生有害的废气和其他副产品。污水厂的管理目前大都停留在经验决策阶段,因此污水处理质量极大程度上受管理人员素质的制约。随着污水处理水质要求的日趋严格,污水处理工艺过程更趋复杂,控制要求越来越高,管理水平将是污水处理事业进一步发展的障碍之一。近年来从国外引进设备的污水厂基本上都采用计算机管理,一般都取得了较好的效果。本文就污水处理厂SBR法工艺自动化作些探讨。   1.1微机自动化管理系统的设计   目前国际上普遍采用的自动化管理系统一般都采用这一模式:   人←→计算机←→
