采用PLC作为控制器,硬件结构简单,成本低,系统实现水泵电机无级调速,依据用水量的变化自动调节系统的运行参数,在用水量发生变化时保持水压恒定以满足用水要求。另外,S7-214PLC基本单元提供一个RS-485接口,可以与楼宇监控中心进行通讯,实现无人远程控制。系统经过一年试行检验,性能稳定,运行可靠,节能效果显著。废杂铝的再生加工,一般经过以下四道基本工序。 (1) 废铝料的备制 首先,对废铝进行初级分类,分级堆放,如纯铝、变形铝合金、铸造铝合金、混合料等。对于废铝制品,应进行拆解,去除与铝料连接的钢铁及其他有色金属件,再经清洗、破碎、磁选、烘干等工序制成废铝料。对于轻薄松散的片状废旧铝件,如汽车上的锁紧臂、速度齿轮轴套以及铝屑等,要用液压金属打包机打压成包。对于钢芯铝绞线,应先分离钢芯,然后将铝线绕成卷。 铁类杂质对于废铝的冶炼是十分有害的,铁质过多时会在铝中形成脆性的金属结晶体,从而降低其机械性能,并减弱其抗蚀能力。含铁量一般应控制在 1.2 %以下。对于含铁量在 1.5%以上的废铅,可用于钢铁工业的脱氧剂,商业铝合金很少使用含铁量高的废铝熔炼。目前,铝工业中还没有很成功的方法能令人满意地除去废铝中过量铁,尤其是以不锈钢形式存在的铁。 废铝中经常含有油漆、油类、塑料、橡胶等有机非金属杂质。在回炉冶炼前,必须设法加以清除。对于导线类废铝,一般可采用机械研磨或剪切剥离、加热剥离、化学剥离等措施去除包皮。目前国内企业常用高温烧蚀的办法去除绝缘体,烧蚀过程中将产生大量的有害气体,严重地污染空气。如果采用低温烘烤与机械剥离相结合的办法,先通过热能使绝缘体软化,机械强度降低,然后通过机械揉搓剥离下来,这样既能达到净化目的,同时又能够回收绝缘体材料。废铝器皿表面的涂层、油污以及其他污染物,可采用丙酮等有机溶剂清洗,若仍不能清除,就应当采用脱漆炉脱漆。脱漆炉的高温度不宜超过566℃,只要废物料在炉内停留足够的时间,一般的油类和涂层均能够清除干净。 对于铝箔纸,用普通的废纸造浆设备很难把铝箔层和纸纤维层有效分离,有效的分离方法是将铝箔纸首先放在水溶液中加热、加压,然后迅速排至低压环境减压,并进行机械搅拌。这种分离方法,既可以回收纤维纸浆,又可回收铝箔。 废铝的液化分离是今后回收金属铝的发展方向,它将废铝杂料的预处理与重新熔铸相结合,既缩短了工艺流程,又可以大限度地避免空气污染,而且使得净金属的回收率大大提高。废铝液化分离装置的工作原理如图1-18 所示 装置中有一个允许气体微粒通过的过滤器,在液化层,铝沉淀于底部,废铝中附着的油漆等有机物在450℃以上分解成气体、焦油和固体炭,再通过分离器内部的氧化装置完全燃烧。废料通过旋转鼓搅拌,与仓中的溶解液混合,砂石等杂质分离到砂石分离区,被废料带出的溶解渡通过回收螺旋桨返回液化仓。 2) 配料 根据废铝料的备制及质量状况,按照再生产品的技术要求,选用搭配并计算出各类料的用量。配料应考虑金属的氧化烧损程度,硅、镁的氧化烧损较其他合金元素要大,各种合金元素的烧损率应事先通过实验确定之。废铝料的物理规格及表面洁净度将直接影响到再生成品质量及金属实收率,除油不干净的废铝,高将有20 %的有效成分进入熔渣。 (3) 再生变形铝合金 用废铝合金可生产的变形铝合金有3003 、3105 、3004、3005 、5050等,其中主要是生产3105合金。为保证合金材料的化学成分符合技术要求及压力加工的工艺需要,必要时应配加一部分原生铝锭。 (4) 再生铸造铝合金 其工艺流程如图 1-19 所示。the internal contact of the level meter has improved, it still can not work reliably for a long time.
