1 引言
近年来,我国交通事业高速发展,交通机电工程在交通工程中的作用越来越重要,特别是对隧道机电工程中的照明系统的控制要求越来越高。
其中隧道照明系统需要根据光照度的不同,控制隧道内的照度,以利于驾驶员进出隧道时,能快的适应隧道内外的不同光照情况,大限度的避免交通事故,确保交通顺畅。隧道照明系统的控制,可分为人工控制、时序自动控制、光强自动控制、时序光强结合自动控制等几类。各种控制方法各有优缺点,例如照度传感器可自动感应光强度,为控制器提供开关信号。但在受一些外界因素的影响时,如阴雨天气,或传感器的探头被灰尘覆盖,照度传感器往往就不能正确识别光强度等。因此目前在各类国道、省道的隧道照明系统中,时序自动控制得到广泛应用,其能根据隧道所在地的日出日落资料数据,自动调整开关时间。
2 系统实现
根据隧道所处位置的日出日落时间进行隧道照明的时序自动控制,需要对控制时序进行动态计算,考虑到系统运行的稳定性和可靠性,可采用可编程序控制器(
PLC
)构建控制系统。
松下FP1系列PLC一种体积小巧,功能齐全的PLC,具有良好的扩展性能,具有很高的性价比,在各类工控系统中应用广泛,FP1-C24C具备内置时钟,利用它可方便的构建隧道照明时序自动控制系统。利用FP1构建隧道照明时序自动控制系统图1所示。
3 根据经纬度计算当地的日出日落时刻
随着地球的自转和公转,每天地球上各点的日照时间是成规律性变化的。
表1为摘自Norton
s Star Atlas and Reference Book的日出日落标准时刻表。表1中时间为本地时间,数值为十进制,如6.6,即6时36分(0.6x60=36) ;首先利用插值法可得到所在纬度的日出日落时刻表,然后根据所在地的经度可计算出所在地的北京时间。
以深圳4月1日日落时间为例:
A. 深圳当地经纬度:北纬22.5,东经114.1 ;
B. 22.5度接近于20,取20度,查表得到日落时间为18.2,即18时12分 ;maintenance.
