The MPS45B model is a specially designed power module with two cooling fans to overcome the thermal effects generated during continuous operation. Under extreme working conditions, the power supply unit provides high stability and smooth operation. In order to improve efficiency, regular maintenance should be carried out after specific time intervals. If there are any issues, you can apply for a replacement warranty within one year. The MPS DC power module obtains input power through its wiring terminals and provides 24-300 V DC power through its L - and L+terminals. This module is designed to operate on the power regeneration function. The MPS DC power module is designed specifically for drive systems that include spindle drive systems. A single unit MPS45B power supply can power multiple MIV units. The MIV unit is a drive controller used to control the characteristics of the connected synchronous motor. When the MPS unit is combined with the inverter unit, a fast response motion control system (MCS) can be developed.
The MPS45B model is recommended to be installed at a maximum altitude of 1000 MSL or below. The supply module uses a converter link to transmit data between the MIV unit and the MPS unit. This module also provides an RS232 interface for connecting I/O units. The single machine capacity of the MPS45B model is 45 kW. The unit name is printed on the front of the power module. Various status indicators are also placed in this unit. A control board is installed in this device to perform program specific control operations.
