The MPS45 model reflects the latest developments in Okuma. This model is specifically designed to obtain input power from an AC power source and convert it into a DC voltage of 24-300 VDC. The MPS DC power module supplies power to the MIV module, which is further used to monitor and control the functions of the spindle motor. Some of the most common applications of MPS devices are CNC machines, textile machines, and printing machines. The power module is widely known for its continuous power supply capability and maintenance free operation. The MPS DC power module has a low level of protection and must be installed in a dry or vibration free environment. During debugging, only the specified installation position can be followed. Before installation, visually inspect to ensure that the MPS module is intact and undamaged. If any malfunctions occur, you can request a replacement of the power module within one year of purchase. According to the MPS user manual, the allowable operating temperature range of the device is 0 to+40 degrees Celsius, with a maximum humidity of 90% and no condensation.
The MPS45 model is equipped with two cooling fans to help maintain the overall temperature of the MPS casing. The fan utilizes external air for forced convection within the system. The rated continuous capacity of this power supply device is 60 horsepower (45 kW). The size of the MPS device is 380 ×  three hundred ×  325 (H  ×  W  ×  D) The net weight is 25 kg.
