The MPS30B model represents modern motion control technology designed and manufactured by Okuma. DC power modules are widely used in the international market due to their high functional stability and smooth operation. The MPS DC power module obtains electrical energy from a three-phase AC 200 V power supply and converts it into a DC voltage of 24-300 VDC. Then further provide DC link voltage to operate the MIV module. The MPS DC power module is a power regenerative type that can operate multiple MIV units simultaneously. This model is equipped with a heat sink and an external fan to help control the overall temperature of the MPS module. The unit MPS30B is provided with the user manual, and only trained personnel can handle and debug this power module. The cooling fan installed on top of the module operates at a rated voltage of 24 VDC. During the debugging process, please make sure to install this module in a shock free and dry environment. During debugging, the specified installation conditions should be followed.
The MPS30B model is equipped with multiple status LEDs to display various parameters of the module. The model also provides a 232 interface that communicates through a converter link. The ideal operating temperature range of the MPS module is 0 to+45 degrees Celsius, and it can be installed at the highest altitude level of 1000 MSL.
