The MPR10 model represents Okuma's latest technology. This model is part of the MCS motion control system series and is designed for use with the inverter module (MIV). This model does not come with a controller ID switch and can be used with drive systems that operate using shaft drive motors. The MPR DC power module uses converter links to develop communication with the corresponding MIV module. Faults and errors are displayed on a 7-segment LED display screen and a DC bus indicator light installed in the model to display the charging status of the DC bus. This model also provides a 24V fault diagnosis switch. It is recommended to use a vertical installation position for the MPR module. During debugging, ensure that there is sufficient space on both sides of the unit to ensure sufficient heat loss. The resistor regeneration unit and heat dissipation unit are installed on the back of the module. The MPR DC power module provides 24 VDC to 300 VDC power supply for connected devices. The regeneration capacity of this module is 13 horsepower (10 kW).
The terminals of the MPR module are covered with plastic covers to prevent accidents. The shell dimensions of the MPR10 module are 380 millimeters high, 100 millimeters wide, and 325 millimeters deep. The overall weight of the DC power module is 8 kilograms, excluding installation kits and accessories.
