Bosch Rexroth's BZM01.1-07 auxiliary relief module is used in conjunction with the DKC drive controller product group from the same manufacturer. It must be installed inside the control cabinet. The relief module is connected to the drive controller through a DC bus circuit. This product can connect up to six drive controllers at a time. This device is used when the continuous regeneration power of the controller is greater than 0.15kW. It is lightweight, weighing only 4.08 kilograms. This device comes with a screw-in push-in terminal. There must be a 70mm gap between the relief module and the drive controller.
The size of the auxiliary module is 210 x 333 x 233mm. It has a continuous discharge output of 1kW. The device has an H1 green LED, an H2 red LED, and an S1 reset button on the front panel. The H1 LED lights up steadily during normal equipment operation and remains flashing when the DC bus voltage does not exceed 50 volts. The series code of the release module is 01, and the version code is 1. The nominal voltage of the DC bus of this product is 700V. When the Bb contact is open, the module is overloaded, or both, the H2 LED of the device will steadily light up. The X9 four pin connector is located at the bottom of the front panel. The protective conductor connection is located near the X9 connector. This device has a maximum feedback energy of 40kW and a peak discharge output of 40kW.
