（字12）远程EGD交换-交换签名：字12包含要在远程EGD设备上进行比较的16位交换签名值。对于远程PLC，如果没有使用签名，则应将交换签名设置为零。但是，当启用签名时，可以将签名字段设置为非零值，以便只有在签名匹配时才会执行命令。在这种情况下，不匹配的签名将导致命令返回失败状态。（单词13-14）远程EGD交换-生产者ID：单词13和14包含远程EGD设备上所需交换的32位生产者ID。字13包含生产者ID的低有效位16位；字14包含高有效的16位。（单词15-16）远程EGD交换–交换ID：单词15和16包含远程EGD设备上所需交换机的32位交换ID。字15包含Exchange ID的低有效位16位；字16包含高有效的16位。对于写入EGD命令，远程设备上的交换机必须是生产的交换机。（字17）远程EGD交换-交换数据偏移：字17包含远程EGD设备上交换的数据部分中要重写的数据的基于0的字节偏移。（字18）远程EGD交换-交换数据长度：字18包含要写入远程EGD设备的交换数据的长度（以字节为单位）。交换数据长度不得超过1400字节或PLC中所选存储器类型的可用存储器量，以较小者为准。
(Word 12) Remote EGD exchange – Exchange Signature: Words 12 contains the 16-bit exchange signature value to be compared at the remote EGD device. For remote PLCs, the exchange signature should be set to zero if signatures are not being used. However, when signatures are enabled, the signature field can be set to a non-zero value so that commands will only be executed if signatures match. In this case, mismatched signatures will cause the command to return a failure status. (Words 13 - 14) Remote EGD exchange – Producer ID: Words 13 and 14 contains the 32-bit Producer ID of the desired exchange at the remote EGD device. Word 13 contains the least significant 16 bits of the Producer ID; word 14 contains the most significant 16 bits. (Words 15 - 16) Remote EGD exchange – Exchange ID: Words 15 and 16 contains the 32-bit Exchange ID of the desired exchange at the remote EGD device. Word 15 contains the least significant 16 bits of the Exchange ID; word 16 contains the most significant 16 bits. For the Write EGD Command, the exchange at the remote device must be a Produced exchange. (Word 17) Remote EGD exchange – Exchange Data Offset: Word 17 contains the 0-based byte offset of the data to be overwritten in the data portion of the exchange at the remote EGD device. (Word 18) Remote EGD exchange – Exchange Data Length: Word 18 contains the length (in bytes) of the exchange data to be written to the remote EGD device. The exchange data length may not exceed 1400 bytes or the amount of memory available in the PLC for the selected memory type, whichever is less.
