HP 44713A开关量输入模块热电偶，是日常我们经常使用的一种温度传感器。但是有些用户在使用时，对于热电偶的冷端温度补偿导线是不是连到DCS上有一定的疑问。如果中间没有温度变送器，DCS卡件就是热电偶的，那么补偿导线一定要连接到卡件上；可如果有温度变送器，那么补偿导线接到温度变送器，从温度变送器到DCS就是4-20mA信号了。为了帮助大家更好的理解和利用，本文将介绍热电偶与DCS连接有2种方法： 　　 1、热电偶使用补偿导线，中间可以有节点，但是必须用相应的补偿电缆，直接接到DCS热电偶模块，比如HONEYWELLTPS中LLMUX卡件。尽量减少节点，以减少干扰。另外DCS组态中需选定对应热偶型号，及补偿方式。 　　 2、热电偶在现场使用变送器，(温度变送器)，转变为4~20mA标准信号，然后接到室内安全栅(有必要的话，比如化工环境)，然后接入DCS的标准模拟量卡件(普通AI卡件)。注意热偶到变送器之间需使用补偿电缆，变送器需设定补偿方式，热偶型号，定标量程等，DCS需设置量程，信号类型等Thermocouple is a kind of temperature sensor that we often use in daily life.
