0.主机星轮片改进 单螺杆空压机在90年代初期采用“酚醛树脂”材质作为星轮片,但在使用中效果不太理想,特别是在空压机初运行的磨合期间星轮片易磨损或松动。针对于这一现象,采取技术改进,选用PEEK材质作为星轮片材质,在目前此材质的使用情况来看,一般运转30000h后才可能出现星轮片磨损的现象。 2.控制系统的改进 单螺杆空压机电气控制系统随着科技和自动化的发展也在不断改进和完善,目前空压机可根据用户的需求实行远程监测和控制,也可以采用变频调速控制,变频控制只是在初期资金投入时偏大,但在运行中电气及设备本体的节能效果显著,使用单位可以根据本单位的具体情况对设备进行选型。 五、使用体会 积累一些空压机的使用经验,了解空压机的性能之后根据实际情况对设备进行针对性合理维护,对延长设备的使用寿命和工况的优化起到了明显的作用。 1.空压机油的使用 空压机的生产过程中,锻造、铸件的加工面可能会存在未处理干净的型砂和氧化皮。在磨合期运转过程中受到润滑油的冲刷落于润滑油中,所以第一次更换空压机油必须彻底,否则会降低主机的耐久性和使用寿命。 空压机在第二次换油之后可以根据运行环境对设备换油的时间作适当调整,环境良好污染小,运行中油温正常可以延长使用时间,必须从巡检停机时检查油质,若生产连续运转没有停机时间,可以从排气压力和排力量是否有减少现象来定,不可过多地延长周期,防止空压机油变质结碳而引起压缩空气管道爆炸。 2.机组的工艺布置 采用空压机—储气罐—精密过滤器—冷干燥机—压缩空气管网的工艺流程。压缩空气经储气罐稳定气流析出部分水分再进入冷干机,对压缩空气进一步的冷却和干燥,用气点压缩空气质量良好。曾有厂家未按此工艺流程施工,将冷干机与储气罐位置调换,在生产中经常出现冷干机内部结冰堵塞和用气点压缩空气中含水量大的现象,特别是在新生产线投产初期此系统的不稳定会给生产带来很大麻烦,在压缩空气系统的设计和施工中需注意此设备的工艺布置。 3.故障排除 (1)温度高 油气温度偏高,甚至温度升到上限空压机跳correctly, and the machine tool and configuration are optimized to the best state according to the titanium machining requirements, these requirements can be fully met and satisfactory high performance and perfect results can be obtained.
