项目简介 计算机数字化监控系统是核电站的关键设备之一,它标志着核电站的控制水平和技术水平,并直接影响到核电站的运行水平。在保证核电站稳定、高效运行、减少停堆时间、保证电站获得最大出力上起着非常关键的作用。“九五”期间,国家在组织立项大型压水堆核电站成套设备研制中的仪表及控制系统课题时,确立了以秦山二期核电站工程为依托,进行科技攻关,力求实现核电站计算机监控系统国产化,并在新建核电厂中进行推广应用。 和利时公司于1997年研制出了核电站的第一代计算机系统,成功地运行在我国出口的巴基斯坦恰希玛核电站,用于300MW核电站的监视和安全显示。该计算机系统的研制成功,使我国核电站计算机系统实现了零的突破。国家计委核电办在组织各方面专家考察了和利时公司的技术力量和当时的技术基础,尤其是对出口巴基斯坦核电站的计算机系统进行了仔细的考察后,认为和利时公司的技术实力完全有能力进一步承担600MW核电站项目的计算机监测系统的研制开发,为将来全面实现核电站的数字化控制系统打下基础。该项目是和利时公司工业过程自动化产业化项目的依托工程,目的是结合秦山二期核电站工程,研制出用于核电站的国产化大型计算机监测系统,并在新建核电厂中进行推广应用,同时也可推广到大型火电厂和水电厂的监测与控制系统中,为实现核电站全数字化仪控系统及全厂自动化进行技术积累,使国产电站计算机系统的总体水平达到21世纪的国际先进水平。 2、项目完成情况 (1)通过技术攻关,完成以下内容: a.研制出了基于现场总线技术的智能化过程数据采集模块6种。 b.完成了现场I/O控制站研制,包括冗余主控单元、冗余电源、现场网络等。 c.研制出了实时的、高可靠的、新型光纤令牌总线网络。 d.实现了面向目标的图形生成和动态显示功能。 e.开发了数字视频标准接口,可以接入数字视频多媒体系统。 f.研制出了事故分析和预测相关的故障识别、执行机构监督、操作规程选择和安全状态显示等事故和故障监督功能(KPS功能)。 g.研制出了与其它系统通信的网关功能,已实现棒控棒位、堆芯温度、堆芯测量、三废、DEH、远程通信等11条通信链路的通信。 h.设计开发了为测试系统用的信号模拟仿真系统,可以模拟雪崩、事故追忆、SOE、模拟量变化、开关状态变化和事件的产生。 (2)还完成了以下几项先进的应用功能: a.除系统监测功能外,还实现了常规的过程控制功能。此外还研制出了符合IEC61131-3标准的5种过程控制组态语言,该功能已经应用在秦山二期核电站常规岛控制系统中。 b.电话语音声讯查询功能,可以通过电话拨号,用语音来查询和得到系统的主要运行参数和状态。 c.语音报警功能,在故障和事故的情况下,可以用语音来报告事故或事件的内容。 d.Internet Web服务器查询功能,可以通过IE浏览器远程(通过互联网)或本地(通过局域网)执行操作员站的监视功能,实现图形、报警、日志、列表信息和曲线等实时显示。 通过秦山核电站计算机监测系统的研制开发工作,greatly reduce the labor intensity of the operators.
