系统硬件由主控制单元西门子的S7-400系列的电源PS407模块、414-2DP CPU模块，通讯模块IBS S7 400 DSC/I-T、2块模拟量输入模块431（PTl00）、3块数字量输入模块421，1块数字量输出模块422，1块高速计数模块450-1、1块UR1 17槽机架等组成。本系统主要是PROFIBUS-DP通讯是一个主站依次轮询从站的通讯方式，该方式称为MS（Master-Slave）模式。从站之间是基于PROFIBUS-DP协议的DX（Direct date exchange）通讯模式是在主站轮寻从站时，从站除了将数据发送主站外，同时还将数据发送给在SETP7中组态的其他从站（信号系统的井上、下口之间通讯是DX模式），同时兼有INTERBUS和MODULEBUS通讯。网络模拟图如图1所示。
编程软件选用SETP7 V5.2，组态软件为WinCC 6.O。
系统集多种通讯方式为一体，将不同公司系统的信息在系统中相互畅通无阻的传输，具有完善的硬件和软件保护功能，同时给我们用户预留二次开发的设备资源，对今后提升机控制系统的更新改造升级大有好处，主控制系统与子控制系统之间实现相互冗余控制，系统运行的关键数据各系统之间相互比较与矫正（如罐笼的位置即深度和速度等），为系统的安全可靠地运行提供有力的保障。在传统的变频控制系统中，变频器的启动/停止由PLC通过开关量输出控制，变频器频率是由PLC通过模拟量输出端口输出0～5(10)V或4～20mA信号控制的，这需要购买PLC比较昂贵的模拟量输出端口模块。变频器出现故障时由PLC读取变频器的故障报警触点，对具体故障原因并不清楚，需操作人员查询变频器报警信息后再阅读变频器说明书才知道，这在没有专业人员的情况下，对于一个普通的值班人员来说有一定的的难度。随着交流变频控制系统及通讯技术的发展，作者想到可以利用PLC及变频器的串行通讯的方式来实现PLC对变频器的控制。这样既节省了投资，又减少了设计、安装和维护的工作量。
一、变频器的选型
DANFOSS VLT系列变频调速器对串行通讯技术的支持是世界所公认的。它所支持的串行通讯技术包括标准RS-485 ，及包括PROFIDRIVE 、LONWORKS在内的各种
现场总线方式。其中，RS-485通讯方式为用户提供了无需附加任何费用的、为廉价实用的串行通讯方式。我们只需按照DANFOSS VLT变频器规定的通讯数据结构、控制字和状态字格式发送数据即可实现与VLT变频的通讯。VLT为用户提供了两种控制字和状态字格式标准：即DANFOSS标准的DANFOSS FC协议和PROFIBUS标准的PROFIDRIVE协议。This online expansion function is called "online configuration" or hciR.Work closely to achieve excellent solutions"At the time of configuration, the Profibus user organization has not explained this standard.
